Good info, I am going to add pregnancy test along with a pap smear to my yearly checkup.

I usually have my AMP or independent service provider perform testicular exam.

AKA:
Genital examination – a broader exam that includes the penis and scrotum

Scrotal examination – focuses on the scrotum and its contents (including the testicles)

She usually performs a comprehensive testicular exam as part of my routine visit to check for things like lumps, pain, swelling, or changes in size. Problem is that my shaft generally increases hugely in size while she caresses and licks my scrotum oh so sweetly. Don’t tell Liz.

The good news is that all you have to do is pee on a stick: the bad news is that there are a lot of false positives, so it really doesn't work all that well.
