I'm pretty sure anything you find on that site is questionable at best and likely fiction meant to get you to input personal information for later exploitation.
I found her on EM and struck up a text conversation. Seemed great until the "30% deposit" discussion ensued. After I made it clear I only pay cash, it escalated to her practically begging for a deposit. Went on for a while actually, with me continuing to decline. All signs point to scam.
