No one, nothing is safe. Gotta let things go through process and die down before thing can come back. LE have so much info in their hands and they are probably trying to figure out how to use them (at local, state and federal levels).
Remember that one agency’s info were shared with all agencies (photo, cam, 411, screening, ect). There was an agency who even had descriptions, type of act and opinion of customers.
