Reference advice

Seems to be a pattern

1. First time trying this out
2. Message someone who grabs my interest
3. Sets up date
4. “Can you provide a reference of the last person you met”
5. “ I’m new to this so I don’t have a reference”
6. “Sorry it won’t go further without a reference”
7. Repeat

Any advice lol? Striking out more than in the MLB. Is their anyone newbie friendly?

Look for gals thst mention they are newbie friendly.
They will adk for personal info though.

Find someone who's newbie friendly. They might do some screening to ensure you're not LEO first, so be prepared to answer some questions. SOME might require you to send a pic of your DL (do this at your own risk.... I haven't done this, but I've heard of some providers asking for this, especially the ones who tour/travel)

Join P411 and find a provider who will take that.

I don’t think I’ve been asked but once for a reference. And that was when I first started. You probably are saying something that is making them think Leo. Relax about the convo and don’t ask about anything specific. Just rates, location and availability
