Not sure if Encounter Report Went Through

I'm new to the site and tried to submit my first encounter. After I hit the submit button the site kicked me to the login page again. When I logged on, it went to the encounter report page and everything was blank. So I don't know if my report was submitted or not? I don't want to fill it out again and duplicate. How do I check or can you let me know if I need to resubmit. Thanks!
