The link to the profile still works for me. The profile now lists New York City as her location. So I guess she's a traveling girl? Has anyone seen her?
Her photos are of a "social media influencer" with more than 3 million followers on Instagram. Highly unlikely that you'd meet the woman in the photos.

When viewing photos, “right click” on the photos and select Search Google for Image.
