Review rejected for Missing Contact Info

Hello, I understand that OH2 has reliability issues but the contact page supplied in the review is the ONLY available source of contact info for this provider and it's what was used to set up the encounter. It's obvious she prefers to keep her phone number private and I'm not aware of any other public method. Please advise.
