Dundee Food Recomendations

Hey Guys,

I have been hanging out in the Dundee area and was wondering what the top 3 places to eat are. I am still new to this area, and I feel lost since I am used to being in the West.
Are there any dessert places I should check out? I have a car, so I can drive anywhere I need to and don't mind if it isn't in the area.

V. Mertz is a must. It's in Old Market though.

Hi sweetheart, I hope you're well! I can't say enough good things about Ooh De Lally. The food is top notch and I fully support their mission, which is empowering individuals who were once incarcerated to become chefs through training them. You must visit--I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Dundee Dell and Sgt Peffers for me. Both great!

I second the Dundee Dell and Sgt Peffers.

Oh Da Lalley is great. And they have a great back story. Their staff is mostly x cons. They give second chances. Great food and great cocktails.

The Boiler Room is arguably the best restaurant in Omaha.Yoshitomo for sushi is excellent. The Drover for an old school delicious steak.

The prime rib at the Drover is excellent.

If you're trying to stay in Dundee proper:

I concur with Layne & mutoa on Oh Da Lalley
Avoli for Italian
Goldbergs for Bar/Pub food (try their vanilla milkshake with bourbon)
Jaipur has great Indian
Good Lookin for Brunch

Dundee Dell, best fish and chips in town.
Goldbergs for the best bloody Mary’s in town and great wings
Brother Sebastian’s or Jericho’s for prime rib
Upstream Brewery for well….. beer
Shucks for slurpin some oysters on the half shell

Also going to recommend Virtuoso Pizza in Benson. It is a short hop from Dundee and might be the best Pizza in Omaha. Jake's in Benson also might have the best Bloody Mary.
