I’ve been happily retired from the hobby for a while, but with the New Year I figured I’d check in and see what everyone’s resolution goals were and how they’re actually going.
I recently got into bodybuilding and decided to take my fitness seriously. Progress has been slow, but it’s real. Along the way I’ve introduced some peptide therapy, and honestly, it’s helped a ton, especially with fat loss.

I'm starting to train this year. My goal is HYROX b4 the year ends.. I will be competing next to my biggest inspiration, my gorgeous daughter.
I started my weight loss journey. I have a program at work where I can get GLP-1 for $25. That’s a month supply. Started at 230 in January and today I’m 205.
There are days you don’t feel well but I’m told it passes as your body get used to it. I started at 2.5 and just moved up to 5.
Goals. Grow more muscle, then burn off the excess fat. Same as the last few years. Really close to overhead pressing my body weight, pretty close to a 200lb bench. Let's getting Beefy but probably won't hit another plate milestone this cycle on either since I just reached them last time. Legs growing nicely too. Getting dummy thicc
