Kemah area....any recent recommendations?

I'm back in the Kemah area for work. I like staying there because it's on the bay, can walk to some bars, etc.
But....never seems like alot of options in that area.
I should have access to a rental car one day so reaching out to Cendell for sure.
Any other Seabrook/Webster/Clear Lake/Kemah recent recommendations? Or anyone willing to drive out that way?

In case anyone else stumbles across this...Cendell has great communications, the issue was on my end, she sounds sweet and while I didn't get to meet her I hope to do so sometime. She gets a thumbs up from me.
