Agencies?

I've seen independent providers (mainly 30's-40's ladies),but how exactly do agencies work? Is it basically AMP's? Or are their incalls in their own residences? I need some better options but most ads seem fake. Also, am I better off getting p411 as far as finding better options? Replies or pm's appreciated!

I've personally found p411 to be worth the risk/money for both finding solid girls, as well as as a source of verification for other future meetups.

Agency ladies tend to either still have their own incall or are outcall only. The setups that are similar to AMPS are called "Studios".
