You don't even need an actual appointment. You can fill out an online questionnaire, get a "telehealth" appointment, and get your pills a few days later.

GoodRx is one resource. I was able to get more medication for a lower price with Walgreens. Just search for "sildenafil online". That's the generic name for Viagra.

The official method is to make an appointment with a urologist. This'll be much more expensive and you'll have to sit face-to-face with a doc and tell them your dick doesn't work as well as you'd like it to.

In addition to the hobby, I've also been trying to combat the effects of sarcopenia (google it). I've found that some of the alternative supplements, along with consistent body weight exercises, have improved my strength, libido, stamina (hobby and general), physical energy, and mental energy.

I'm not here to shill brands. Look for Creatine Monohydrate, HMB, and Nitric Oxide boosters that also enhance libido.

Your mileage may vary, of course, but I've gone from not being unable to perform with a less talented (but still hot) provider to MSOG on every date.

More about when to take it, so yes, be sure its a real deal appointment. Finding a real deal appointment near me is 90% of the challenge. When you real the pluses and minuses, seems like a test run or two is needed to see how you react to it.

Don't need a doctor's appointment!! Go online , there are commercials all day . 10 minutes of BS and shipped. They do have side effects. Headaches , flush, stuffy, can blur your vision so the girl you think is a 5 could be a 7 .

Word of caution for all you geriatrics out there.As someone mentioned above, I believe all those class of drugs cause drop in blood pressure. If you have or suspect you have any heart or other circulatory problems, probably best to stay away. While dying in the saddle might seem a good way to go, likely the lady will be pissed at you and it might be embarrassing from friend and family viewpoint. Plus, if you use internet, just like any online pharmacy, strongly suggest you make sure it based in US and not Sri Lanka. The latter you don't know if pills contain baby powder or strychnine or whatever.At least for the time being, US pharmacies should be safe.

I haven't had much luck with either Viagra or Cialis. They work about 10% of the time for me but, every time I get the headache and when it does work I have never been able to MSOG. My urologist prescribed them.

I've tried one of the so-called gas station pills, Pun Intended, and it has very interesting results. They're lozenges and I suck on one and for the next week-10 days, my dick gets pretty damn hard and stays that way until I finish. It worked better for me than any prescription med. Obviously, I'm not saying this would work for everyone. I don't understand it myself but I can't argue with the results. The bad thing is that they taste god awful. I learned to pop in a lemon drop at the same time to cut the taste.
