Looking for a doubles session. Any recommendations?

It’s not as easy as it once was, as you are all aware. I used to meet up with Madison May and her flavor of the week all the time for $400-$600. I’d like to find a great duo of under 30’s that won’t break the bank. (Under $1000) English speaking is a major plus, but not a requisite. Any recommendations?
