Review Specials! Yay or Nay?

Hello just wanted to ask; are Review Specials still appreciated. Its hard to get established on here without them so to get them just wondering if offering specials is a good thing xoxo

Sure, you might check out if the guy actually posts reviews here though. I don't think it will go well if you give someone a review special if he has no or few reviews.
