Yes, personality is worth something. But is it worth 20 years? In the past I have walked away when I wasn’t satisfied with the available options.

I think anyone in CNY could easily guess. They consistently get the best reviews in the area. I’ve never seen any staff members over 40 there.

Some 40+ ladies still look great, have great attitudes, friendly personalities and skills honed over the years that younger ones may not have developed yet.

Sure the young ones may be good eye candy but overall performance matters. Besides at this point of the game whoever answers has to be attractive. If not I just walk.
