Recommendations for good Locations

Please advise me on the area's to stay away from...

When ECG's posse is hanging with us they usually stay in the energy corridor area along hwy 10 (and book up quickly), even if we're over in Katy.

The Galleria area is also popular. There are of course high end hotels there but off Sage closer to US 59 there are nice second tier hotels with adequate parking. Check in Yelp or Trivago.

North side near IAH airport is good. Only down side to the Galleria is traffic.
