Saw her once - and once was enough.
My experience was she was very disinterested in me even being there and unenthused in her efforts. Reached the point where I just said "ok, we can be done", got up, and left.
I may have caught her on a bad day, but she seems to just go through the mechanical motions of an appointment with the objective of just getting you the hell out of there.
And again, I am always very pleasant and respectful and clean when I show up for appointments.
