Looking for a provider for a handicapped friend.

Cliff notes: He is 18 commited to a wheelchair for life. MD. Can not do nothing. But...he can get it up! He will never be able to enjoy life like we all do...but his manhood does work and he is VERY aggresive. I wanna help him. Any other ideas would be great too.
