Trump has lifted sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil. Pure genius. Iran will make hundreds of millions of dollars selling oil, as we wage war on Iran and they keep the Strait closed.

MAGA idiots, we want to hear your explanations of his brilliance. People are saying Iran will make more from this than what MAGAs claim Obama handed back to Iran (the MAGA idiots always leave out that it was Iran’s money).

Who thinks Iran will invest these oil proceeds into their people vs arming to continue their war effort?

It only applies to Iranian oil that was already in transit, roughly 140 million barrels. And Scotty Bessent will make sure the proceeds are blocked.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent... said in a post on X that Iran would see little economic benefit from the removal of the sanctions.

“Iran will have difficulty accessing any revenue generated and the United States will continue to maintain maximum pressure on Iran and its ability to access the international financial system,” Mr. Bessent said.
