Same here, I will reach out and 2-3 days later at like 2am she will respond. Behavior like that is a pretty good indicator that she’s not worth the trouble.

Hit her up a few years ago when she was on SA and did a video call (her request), was pretty obvious her opinion of herself (GPS) was way out of line with reality so that was the end of it. If she's now on STG, I'd say it's pretty clear she isn't moving up the hobby ladder.
