TSA airport security - still no pay ?

How long has this been since Congress failed to fund the TSA ? There seems to be no
urgency. Other departments of the DHS also not funded ? What is the reason for the hold up ?


Who has been to the airports and experienced the delays ? The news media reports lines
going outside the airport buildings.

Do the Dems even realize that ICE is fully funded until 2029? All they're doing is screwing with everyday Americans at the airport, holding back money for FEMA, and other necessary security measures. Just to protect criminal illegals.

Interestingly he just stated exactly that, told Mullin to pay those people. From guess what, money they have available. Why didn’t he do that 40 days ago?

He had to declare a "national emergency" to do it. If he had tried to do the same thing 40 days ago, the Dems would have cried foul and said there was no emergency.

Dems supported standalone funding for the TSA. their beef was with funding ICE after two U.S. citizens were killed by ICE Agents for documenting ICE actions with cell phone videography-no more masks and no more non-judicial warrants were the bare minimum Dems demanded to fund ICE-not with the TSA. Trump could've declared a national emergency 40 days ago to pay the TSA Agents and Dems would've supported that 100%; he simply chose not to. this airport fuckery is on him. at no point in time did the Dems not support paying TSA employees their well-earned salaries.

TSA workers are federal government employees whose salaries are funded by congressional appropriations as part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) budget, not directly by the Democratic Party.
