While yes, its a felony charge-- its frequently bumped down or dropped, I assume. There is a local I know of that has been arrested at least 6 times for that specific charge. The only time they actually went to state jail was when other things were also involved.

I wonder the same thing. She has always been so nice and I must also say she is a wonderful lady for someone who is looking for a safe newbie friendly reference friendly provider. I wish some of the other ladies were as great at references as she is. Just because ladies get older doesn’t mean women still don’t have cravings or desires just like the men at any age. IDK..
