Breweries or rooftop restaurants in Birmingham?

Hey Birmingham! My bestie, Ginger Taylor and I are taking a girls’ trip to Birmingham in a few weeks. I’m kind of a beer snob and love trying local beers whenever I travel. Are there any good breweries in town?

Whenever Ginger and I travel, we love trying rooftop restaurants. She’s an foodie. Are there any with a good view of the city?

There are some more within anywhere from 30 minutes to a little over an hours drive also. And then there is a store/bar named Beer Hog on US 31 in Pelham south of Birmingham that has a great selection for take home or drink there.
