I research him and found 5 legitimate health spa, wellness spa, theraupatic (spelling?) massages on the East Coast where he posted Google reviews for them.
His reviews were all identically worded indicating he visited those establishments and he received a sexually satisfying ending from a lady that worked there and that she could be reached by her Telegram name, same Telegram name he posted in this thread.
Those reviews are still up on Google. I am surprised those businesses didn't ask Google to have them removed.
In the case of one of those 5 businesses, they had a What Our Customers Are Saying tab on their physical website and when you click on it, it showed screenshots of reviews taken from Yelp and Google.
One of those screenshots was his review.
Whoever is the webmaster of that particular business, he sure is not doing a very good job at reading.
