I received notification from Verizon that they are going to start collecting Web site and location information you use on their wireless network. Says it is for collection and advertising but is it a concern to anyone that uses a smartphone almost exclusively?
Are owners of the boards concerned about the possibility of it being tracked? I don't think it will be a proactive tool for monitoring sites like this but I wonder what will happen in reactionary type of situations.

When you start getting texts and emails out the wazoo about porn, viagra, and all other types of Adult products your wife might wonder what you're up to that brought it on. Or she might not have a clue. I don't like the fact that they collect this sort of data because its an invasion of privacy, and the good old Patriot Act can be used on anyone, for any reason. Everything we do now is transparent.
