If a provider accidentally gets pregnant from a hobbyist, can she file a lawsuit against him?

For negligence. If the wetness of her pussy causes the condom to slip off during intercourse (in case they take it to the level of sexual intercourse) and he gets her pregnant. He should be able to know to stop and check the condom when the feeling of sex starts feeling "REALLY GOOD".

She can seek this civil suit to pay for damages caused by her now being pregnant and no longer being able to continue advertising for the type of work she professionally does and that's as a non-pregnant well fit companion.

I'm wondering if this can actually happen.

No, but she can sue for child support for the next 18 years bwahahaha. Wrap it UP!

I assume this is a joke question, being you can't sue to remain acting in an already illegal act. Any contract is null and void if that act contracted for is illegal, so no dice.

In terms of the question, people can sue for just about anything. Whether the suit would be successful is another question.

Don't be a fool cover your tool! And remember, moving targets are always harder to hit! LOL

Vascectomy, the final word, it does a law suite good! LOL
She could file a lawsuit against anyone she wants...

That doesn't mean she'll win a judgment though. XD

The provider would have to keep silent she was a prostitute when trying to get a DNA order for the accused father. I'm dubious that any judge would sign a paternity test order when the mother was a prostitute as it doesn't pass the probable cause test. If she did not bring this up to get the order, when it came out at trial, depending on the judge it might get thrown out for lack or probable cause to get the evidence. So, in the end, if the accused hobbiest knows to keep his bloody mouth shut and not give up his DNA, chances are he could knock you up, and there isn't shit you can do about it, but at the end of the day it depends on the trial judge. D:

Be warned, I'm in patents, not family law, but my hunch is probably more reliable than your typical hobbiest.

Being an escort or companion is a legit profession.

Just like having a storage lot is legal..but at times due to the nature of the business storage lot owners come off doing things that appear illegal and are more commonly seen as actions performed by car thieves..

Escorts often times while in their profession come off doing things that prostitutes do which is exchanging money for sex. Which is illegal.

If while driving my car out of a storage lot I'm not careful and I hit and break the fence and expose all the vehicles to the public, thus negating the whole concept of business which is them having a "secure" lot well what stops them from taking me to court to pay for damages not only done to the fence but also a reasonable amount for potential loss of business due to the fact that they can no longer for the time being be seen as "secure".

If any of you guys are naive enough to think an Attorney would touch the OP's bogus case, you are just that...naive. Sure you CAN sue for anything, but no Attorney is going to show his face in court to defend an ILLEGAL act! WTF...seriously? Dayum.

Coefficient, when you ADMIT you got her pregnant and she is a hooker wtf do you think it's going to look like? Please ask any Attorney on this board just how far that whole, "Escorting is not illegal, prostitution is" bs will get you. They will laugh you and your pregnant whore right off the stand.

Sketchy...my comments were made with everything being known already, not by creating some bogus story where her career is not up for debate. If that's the case, sure you can sue for whatever lol. I mean if they both go to court and she says, "Hey I am a hooker and he knocked me up, so I can't work as a hooker anymore until I have the baby." She would not get a damn dime!

StillLooking, you can adopt me any day babe.

I would have thought most providers require a condom to lessen the risk of an STD, but that the primary defense against pregnancy would be a birth control pill. But I am just guessing here. It would seem that any active provider relying on condoms for birth control is putting a lot of faith in all the condoms working . . .

But a provider could ask the same question about lawsuits in the hypothetical case where she could prove that she contracted an STD due to a condom that slips off. Seems like that would be almost impossible to prove, though.
