BP in Syracuse, pretty steady. Feast or famine from ECCIE. Mostly lurkers/travelers visit.

ECCIE for Roc/Buff pretty steady, very little hassle.

Albany.. well.. eh.. not fond of.. Here, TER, tested BP on a visit but most canceled from there.. did get a good amount of inquires though, my rates were posted. Ive had good amount of inquires lately through here and TER for Albany/Saratoga area.. Its been weird. lol

Ithaca ECCIE, tested an ad on BP and nothing. (it was short notice and for a short time so not a real chance to test it)

Binghamton, haven't made it yet, not enough interest. ran an ad here.

I always throw ads on P411 and DC but its hit or miss. Also have a lingering ad on Sophies, hit or miss there as well, more travelers inquire.



I join whatever board works for when I travel, I research and find it, thats where I advertise. I have some future travel plans and Im already on the board making nice so to speak. Im taking this show across the land. God I love this job! And my day job, I'll be in my god damn glory!

That site struck me as being worthwhile for providers if for no other reason the screening of a "new guy" ought to go easily (in theory).

I dont pay for it, I have credit built up from referrals, gifts, etc, only sometimes when I place a travel ad I use some credit points. But yes It makes it much more efficient for booking and appointment. Gina runs a legit tight ship.

what I like is Lynn seems to keep track of who comes from where. And mmm bad english but where for where is best when there.

but back to the boards. Does flirting on line seem to help get others to call. Even if the one flirted with pulls the trigger or not. Asking as I'm thinking many lurkers act on it. I am a big flirter and dont even realize it half the time.I never really think about it because I just say what comes to mind, for instance I was reading over my last thread about touring and I came off as flirting but to me its just being myself.Before I got into the biz I waitressed and managed a restaraunt for years and I am just naturally a people person.When I waitressed I had alot of guys leave me there number on the reciept because what I thought was being nice and socializing they took as flirting.I guess I must just have sex written all over me lol

I hardly advertise so it must.I think it has a lot to do with your personality because you can kind of get a feel for what the person is like through posts.I dont have a board persona,when I post im just myself and I know some girls do and I think that might affect there business for instance I was talking to one of my regulars about a provider on here and he said he wouldnt see her because of her posts and I told him that alot of people have board personas so you shouldnt just go off that.So I guess it could work in your favor or it could work against you
