Im not sure where I can post or how this works

Im reading up trying to gather info on how this works. I need help getting provider status, I take it ? I have limited access to a comp so I need to hear from anyone that can please offer any help. I am honest, and pretty scared. Can anyone give me any advice to get started in the right direction? I am open to any suggestions or advice please. I do not want to do this long but will do whatever it takes.
