Yahoo from Blackberry

I know its not a tech support board, but many of you use Yahoo mail. I haven't been able to access Yahoo mail from my Blackberry for almost two days now. I can't get past the login and alternate login screens. PC access is fine.

Is anyone having similar issues? Have a solution?

Do you have the premium access with Yahoo? It's like $20/year. If not, you'll need it for yahoo's pop service to be enabled.
If so, make sure it hasn't expired.

reboot your device (take out the battery), it may need a service book update
are you trying to go through the web access to check your yahoo mail or do you have it configured to have it pushed to your BB? who is your service provider?

Thanks guys. It's simple Yahoo webmail. I've done everything imaginable on the BB to cure it on my end, to no avail. It DID just start working about 5 minutes ago. I think it was on their end, which is why I asked here to see if anyone else had issues. Comms are back up!

If you have an older BB, make sure the web browser part is using Internet browser and not defaulting to blackberry browser, this started to be an issue around October, don't know why but the blackberry browser would stop going anywhere.
to change your browser setting
1 go to your browser
2. select the menu key
3. go to options
4. go to general properties
5. change default browser to internet browser
6. select menu key and save

As of right now its not letting me login on yahoo from my android through the internet.I had to download the yahoo mail app and whenever I want to check my messages I have to go to the app...I dont know whats going on its been like this for days

It is old, and it is set to Internet Browser. If it happens again, I'll check that first. I really think it was on their end.
