Question about review policy

I have this guy saying he is gunna write a review on me being rude.... Ok.... My question is can this person write a review if said person has never seen me? I was rude with him because he asked me three times this week if I was in an area I havent been, in, in a,month or so. So I did get rude b.c. he was annoying this piss out of me. So can a review be written on my "tude"?
LOL I get emails and PM's from guys in the KS/MO area asking me if I'm available, I just simply say no and inform them when I might be back.

Just tell him/them to go visit your site for your travel info.

But, back to topic........no, a review can't be done on your attitude. Now that's not to keep him from talking about you in the locker room, back channeling his opinion of you or if someone does an ISO info on you he could speak up then.

If he does write a review and you know its fake......contact a MOD to see what can be done.

There are a couple of other options depending on the specific site structure. But he could write about it. Be prepared to contact your local moderator if you see one with your name. You might also request other providers or clients you know to keep watch and notify you if one should pop up when you are not around. An email or call could be helpful for that. I doubt your local moderator would respond to someone elses request but hopefully he will read this and be aware of the problem in advance.
Thanks you guys was just a lil worried. Lol

Just know that if he does post something -- in Coed or even in Reviews -- your best bet is not to argue or fight with him. That just makes you look bad. Too many ladies have come here to "defend themselves" and end up looking petty or insecure.
I'm going to move this to the Questions for Staff area, however, I'll answer first.

Can a review be written for a person's attitude? Yes. In fact, a person can write a review containingjust about any interaction with a provider that he wants. There is clear history of reviews being written for providers who have never even seen the client. Likewise, a review can even be written based on experiences a person has w/ a provider without havingmoney exchanged for her time: i.e. if she turns him away at the door for any reason.

The question now is, what happens because of this? Reviews of the above listed nature are NOT eligible for PA, nor will they be attached to a provider's handle. Also, contrary to what others have said, these reviews will not be immedately removed from the light of day. In fact, the majority of the time, I move these reviews to the coed section for open discusion. This does not mean hat statements wilmade in the ROS section will be made public, they are treated the same way "PRIVATE" messaging is in the open forum.

You do hve a right to respond to such a "review". I suggest being careful with howyou handle it though... in some cases, I have seen this backfire and harm the reputation of the provider. In other cases, I have seen th local community rally behind the provider and uphold her decisions.

If a fake review is written and there is clear evidence supporting this, it will be acted upon quite fiercly. I don't like that shit. And, yes, I have banned someone in the past for trying to do that here.
