Drop downs

Is there anyway to keep the dropdowns on the side of the website closed all the time. Everytime I log one they have reopened.

Yes. Close all the drop downs and then refresh your page. This should keep them closed. It's best if you do this from the main page. I think if you do it in a specific forum or city it will only affect that forum.
