ADVICE TO THE GUYS: Never use cockrings, unless you're OK with getting an inguinal hernia. I had one hernia from a kitesurfing accident, and the doctor taught me all about hernias. Some are hard and some are soft and squishy.
Some have a little wire attached to a controller that uses AA batteries. Clunky but powerful and cheap to run.
