Actually, it doesn't. The patent has been extended until 2019 after a lengthy court battle.

Maybe now prices will come back down a bit...... It seems like they were gouging more and more over the last few years to get every penny out of it they could before new versions popped....

Now they get 8 more years.....

I have not understood how they got from around $7 a pill to over $20 on a product that's popularity only increased and supply has never been a problem.

Doesn't follow basic supply and demand principles...

The stuff is dirt cheap overseas....Dubai, Afghanistan, all sell it at over 1/2-2/3 cheaper than in the U.S.
I was wondering though, some of they guys I work with say Levitra is better than Viagra or Cialis...they claim they don't experience the same side effects such as headaches, flushing of the face etc....Anyone here have experience with all 3 that can provide their opinion on which one has the least side effects?

Edit:

Just found this:

Overall, which is better, Levitra or Viagra?

"Short Answer: Both drugs work essentially the same way and both have similar side effects. Levitra may work a little faster in some people and may be less sensitive to food or alcohol intake. Viagra has been around for a lot longer and has a proven safety track record".

The alcohol issue was another reason some of the guys overseas here seemed to prefer Levitra...they don't get the bone crushing headaches if they drink a little alcohol with it like they do with Viagra....So far, I'm still sticking to the natural side.....but it helps to be informed....who knows...in a few more years.....? LOL

The majority of the people in our swinging group are 50+ and my wife's main complaint is that many of the guys would benefit from viagra. Maybe it's vanity for the guys. The way I look at it is that it's insurance and makes a good experience better.

BTW, I frequently drink alcohol whild under the influence of viagra and have never gotten a headache.
