Massage parlors also known as AMP's (Asian Massage Parlors)... they also offer other activities such as table showers and Light touch + There are various levels of light touch massage. Usually, but not always, L1 is HJ L2 is BJ and L3 is CFS. NE and SE involve Northern and Southern exposure/exploration. Urban Dictionary is a nice place to look up abbreviations as is this thread:
