Waiting in Fear

Perhaps I'm the only one but whenever I see an ECCIE member that posts reviews..I wait anxiously to see their review of me. I'm worried that I might have done something wrong that would have upset them. I'm very much a pleaser and would hate to leave someone with a bad taste in their mouth KWIM.

So if you ever see me and I do something wrong just let me know. I want to make everyone happy and want to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. How do they say on eBay? Please let me know before posting your rating and review to give me the chance to remedy the situation.

I am now anxiously awaiting another review..LOL!!
You sound awesome!

Sounds like a plan.

/waits for my turn lol
Good on you, Malaya!

However, keep in mind what my "old" ATF once told me: "In this business, you have to have a thick skin." To get honest feedback, you risk sometimes getting your feelings wounded.

Even when I've enjoyed a session, and my overall impression is positive, I try to write a review that is as informative as possible, while balancing candor with tact. For ex., the "mommy marks" on a mature provider whom I'd seen might be no big deal for me; but they would be for someone else. So I might write something like this in my review:

...Pausing again, I lowered myself to roll the hem of her dress upward and kiss the kitty.

As she interrupted me, stating half apologetically, "yes, I'm a mom", I recalled X___'s comment, with which I fully agreed: "OK…Y___ is not a 20-year-old hard body. But I don’t care. She is a great addition to our little community..."
I applaud your approach to this sport; I hope you're OK with mine.

I think that pretty much sums it up.

Cmon Malaya,

We have never met and I can tell from your posts that you are a sincere and thoughtful person.

They indicate to all of us that you are are a young lady who wants to give her best in this hobby and to be treated with the respect we all deserve.

As long as you have TCB (taking care of business) skills you should be fine. Stuff happens and you will have to learn to recover from service failures if and when they happen.

Use common sense and focus on customer service and you will be great. Beware that there are jerks out there who will want to prey on your good nature so listen to your inner voice to develop that instinct and confidence to be a great provider.

Participate on the board and network with the ladies as well as the guys and all will be well.

Good luck,

SF
Great attitude and approach. Bravo!

Most could care less- the bp hussies anyway.

That said I doubt you should worry your pretty
self about anything but positives.

Negatives? screw em...or not lol
Your devotees and minions will handle any
rude miscreants- worry not.
I'm not a Bp hussie and I don't really sweat reviews.

Screen for assholes. Treat your customers well and the reviews will be fine. The fact that you care is a good indicator of your quality.
It's good that you care...and I know you honestly do. Just remember that if you *worry* too much, you may forget to just be yourself.

And, don't forget...none of us will be able to please everyone, each and everytime. Just enjoy...and be good to those who are good to you!

Took me a while in my chosen profession to learn that you can't please everyone all the time.

Don't sweat all of the reviews, if you have fun that will come across in your sessions and make it fun/pleasureable for the guy too. That will produce a good review.

If for some reason you get an not so favorable review, ask yourself a question. Is it true? If so there is nothing to get upset about, just try to fix it for next time. If it isn't true, then your regulars will know that and will continue to see you irregardless.

Just my two cents.

This brings to mind an interesting quandary. Since the lady can never know what is actually said in the review, how is she to know why the review may be bad? Conversely, if a hobbyist is the subject of a ladies only forum, how is he to know what is said. Seems we are all just out there...naked (no pun intended). I will now remove my tongue from my cheek and try to stop winking. Rules...who knew
