The Ticket

Are there any fans of America's Favorite Radio station out there? I'm wondering how many providers are P1s in their spare time. My dream is to one day make sweet gentle passionate love to a community quick hits segment.

Huge fan and make no apologies. Most of the shows except Norm mix in lots of takes on the social scene and it is not all sports.

Half the time I am stuck in KC, where we have 2 ticket like stations that can ramble for 3 hours on the latest Chiefs ass kicking or last nights 12-3 Royals loss, hence streaming the Ticket is a must.

Most underrated show imho? The Orphanage Sat am. I have found one huge Ticket chick in the Dallas Provider community who I will not out at this time.... POW POW!

I'm P1 day 1. I go as far back when Bob Sturm was on evenings by his self, Corby was Chris Arnold's yuck monkey. Hot Spot, Doogie, Expo, Mark Followell etc. I know you were asking for input from providers but I couldn't resist. Signing off before the mods move you to the sandbox. SOrry

I am a proud P1. I usually catch the Hardline on my drive home. I agree the Orphanage is greatness.
I quote Ticket drops constantly. This is a great source of confusion to those who are not P1s and a great source of pleasure to those who are. I mean imagine people's surprise when I say things like:

love the ticket until the hardline comes on when where they talk more about concerts etc instead of sports that is when I switch to 103.3 with Gallaway where they talk sports

Haven't listened since "The Hammer" left. It just hasn't been the same. Plus, Howard Stern's on all day long on Satellite. I drive all over the state, so I couldn't listen to the Ticket if I wanted to....

Love the ticket to, P1 day 1 as well. But can't bring myself to listen to the fake hardline with since Greggo left, I like Korby as a side type guy, just not as the main attraction. Hell I even like Norm.

As Greggo said "you ain't lived until you've bought a (offensive term for provider)" or somesuch like that. Hope he has or will get past his demons some day.

+1 on the streaming. Do it from KC all the time. KC has two good talk shows but lets face it, the Royals and the Chiefs don't give them much to breakdown, once KU basketball ends.

If I want pop culture or relationship info...I'll watch Bravo on TV

...and I prefer radio signals that that actually cover all of DFW
