In general, I suspect it is a way for a visiting lady to "advertise" without busting the rule for only being able to post a provider ad once a week. This is a way for them to market themselves in advance of a potential visit.

I especially believe this when a the poster does not tell you their own preference and asks questions like "Where do you want to do me?" "What is your favorite position?" "What city shall I visit?"....

Applause to the ladies that actually do visit when they tell us they are coming..... but many do not.
