I am seriously scratching my head on this one guys and gals. Read the linked story below. This guy smuggled a 10-inch .38 revolver into jail by, you guessed it, hiding it up his ass! Fortunately nobody was hurt as the gun was found to be in operating condition, but how the hell did he get it up there, or better yet, out of there?

I couldn't imagine it causing anything less than massive anal-trauma the kind which makes the inevitable trip to the shower seem like a leisurely stroll through the park! Seriously, how the hell did he get it in and out of his ass? I am at a loss for an explanation.

I guess they need to go deeper with cavity searches or buy a metal-detector to stop this kind of stuff from occurring again. Crazy stuff to start off the week!

That's quite a bit of hog leg to be carrying around like that. I can't imagine anyone doing that and moving casually at all.

Some of you may have heard me tell this story so please bear with me. I am a NRA member and in their newsletter they post stories of armed citizens protecting themselves.

Last year they posted a story about and elderly man in Illinois waking in his home to confront a burglar entering through a back door. The man armed himself and challenged the burglar who refused to retreat and continued on towards the elderly man who then shot him and killed him. The reporter who was at the scene later asked the man if he was frightened for his life and thought he should have run and called the police. (probably to advance her personal gun control agenda but I am speculating here)

Here's where the story gets funny! 87 year old Alexander Boshencko replied "No Madam I wasn't scared. I fought the Nazi's at Stalingrad for 3 years and one man coming at me holds no terrors for me!

After reading this I confess to bursting out with laughter. This man fought in the largest most brutal battle for 3 years where the combined German and Russian armies lost well of 10 million men in what degenerated into street to street, house to house, hand to hand fighting with pistols, knives and clubs and this guy survived that! Damn skippy he wasn't going to back down, hesitate or run scared from a burglar! I can't even begin to imagine the living hell this man endured!

On top of that I am amused to think about, and still continue to chuckle over the fact that this MF Burglar picked the wrong guy to jack with and paid the price!

I really like Alexander! I think he and I could be really good friends!

Hey, you'd be surprised! Different strokes...for different folks! (lol)
