ABC 20/20 recently ran a report on sugar babies. There is also a Daily Mail article.
Apparently, NYU, University of Toronto and Penn State have the largest numbers of potential sugar babies registering at the hookup site SeekingArrangement. Penn State is surprising given its remote location.

Hmmmm, very interesting where the line is drawn between acceptable and not acceptable exchanges of money within the public's eyes.
