Anyone own a Bowflex?

If so, would you recommend it? I see a lot of them on CL and am contemplating buying one since they seem pretty reasonable price wise on CL.

I own one. They are OK, but not great. I prefer my gym membership.

Those machines are for toning and shaping, I would not really consider them for any serious mass building. I bought a power rack w/lat tower from bodybuilding.com for 749USD, got 10%off online coupon, free shipping, and no tax. The olympic weights I all ready had, from my old rack.

I think it best to pick a good gym lots of them out there. I know when I had a treadmill it just sat there. lol
