I'm curious about something I notice every once in a while.
Threads or Reviews have to be pulled for reasons occasionally....
I understand that they occasionally need some editing due to a security issue or some investigation of something reported.
I understand why some stay gone...
But not in the case of reviews. Eventually I would think a review could be edited and should be re posted.....
I often read up on members seeing what was posted BY them or about them.....I just noticed this

She is an active posting Provider as is the guy that posted the review......
What can't be edited that would have allowed the review to be returned?
Or was this possibly a little Mod abuse from prior, darker days?....

The only time we remove content from public view is to remove discussion of a forbidden topic or to address a security/privacy/safety issue. The owners are quite adamant that content posted on the the site stays on the site.
I don't have any specific information about this particular review, but I'm sure one of my esteemed colleagues will jump in. My guess is that in the past we had to pull all of Maxeen's reviews to address such a concern and we missed putting one back...

Simple answer, no subterfuge involved!!!
In this case a security issue existed that required movement of the review(s) from public view (with approval from Owners and Admin, BTW). Once the security issue had passed, and the reviews were moved back into public view, this one was apparently overlooked. When you consider the number of reviews involved, and the fact that this has to be done one thread at a time, it is not surprising that something got overlooked.
