Giving numbers up to another provider. Do or don't.*

I've recently been asked to give numbers out to another provider for screening purposes. I did not release them to her. She can PM or email. If the provider does not advertise the number I don't think I have the right to give them out. My question is am I right. You tell me.
Yes if her phone number is private and not already publish you should obey her wishes. I mostly email and receive emails hardly any calls for references. If the provider who asked doesn't accept this than maybe give her another reference or just move on.
You are right Dont give it out I started using another number that Ive asked people not to give out. I hope they dont forget!

If a lady has there number "private" it's for a reason. Best to give there e-mail or pm.

You are doing what I do. If the lady's number is private i dont give it out for a reference, I'll just provide the handle or email so the provider can contact her via those methods, unless i've asked my reference and she said she had no problem with sharing her number with another provider.
This is the reason why I began this thread. I should've put this on the main discussion board. Apparently this is happening more than you now. She had told me others did not have a problem. Come now boys, let's think with are big head not are little one. This is a security breach in the screening process. For the Provider & you.*This will make it a lot harder for you newbies to be screened. DO NOT GIVE NUMBERS OUT!*

Thank you fellow hobbyist and Providers for reinforcing this issue.
