While this sounds like a good idea, especially to cater to those clients who are getting a rubdown on their lunch hour, I wonder how hygenic this type of setup is?

its no different really than strip clubs and butt-nakeds serving/catering food. The same "body rubs" happen here, just more "hushed" ... besides there's nothing better than food AND sex!
