It's been quite a few years since the game was important for more than bragging rights. I'm glad to see MU return to prominence and I'll miss the rivalry when it's over next year.

Ultimate reason I hate the move to the SEC. I love the rivalry + losing out on the Big 12 Tournament in KC with my team playing. If Weiss turns it around for you guys I do forsee a huge rematch someday and if we were lucky enough to sweep this year (doubtful) Burrito Bill would definately want us within the next two years kinda a border war at Sprint Center early season thing.

No, sure didn't. Congrats to Mizzou.

It was an excellent game. Missouri plays with a lot of speed and enthusiasm. I like their team and enjoy watching them play.

I expect (hope) that will happen. It would obviously generate a lot of interest in KC and would be a good money maker for both teams.

I do think KU is softening their stance on never playing Missouri again. It might take a couple of years. We will see.

In the meantime, once Mizzou is in the SEC, I will no longer hate on KU. It will be hard, but maybe we can get a support group going.

Don't think I'll ever be able to cheer for them though.

I kept turning away from the game because I thought KU was going to win. Imagine my surprise when I turned back to see the final few seconds and MU was ahead!. When I checked before, KU was ahead by 8 with just a couple minutes to go. My thoughts were no way could MU pull it out. I'm afraid when MU goes to Lawrence, KU will win big.

Who won today?

Great game to end the series. I had KU winning by a blowout, so I wasn't too upset with the final score.

Eight straight conference championships! And it appears they won't have to share it with anyone.

Whenever I speak to an MU grad, I always ask for fries.
