i am confused about a warning some ass have my newbie friend.

i am just gonna say i been on this site for a while and Spanishmami is my bestfriend she has 1 review but is not verified how did she get a warning for posting more then one ad in the welcome section. How do you think i got verified. Thanks welcome ad posting. So if i am saying something out me line please correct me if not then i believe some mods are just bored and mess with people.
