Watering Holes

I have a few places I like to visit but I am always open to suggestions. I do have a list of criteria though:

1 Clean
2 Atmosphere that is friendly and inviting
3 Wide selection of spirits (I hate places that only have one or two of a type of drink in any given category) My mood does change from time to time. lol
4 Friendly cheerful staff

So within those constraints I would love to hear some suggestions.

Yep I've been to twin Peaks a few times. Very nice...
Most of my favorite watering holes though go from dives to neighborhood bars, so hey wouldn't fit the criteria... : )

Twink Peaks have awesome...Peaks! (lol) I'm with Darter, I enjoy little hole-n-the-wall bars. Can't beat the prices at bunrattys!
