I found this article while working from home today about bottled water and found it really interesting thought Id share

I think this Newsletter talks more about the damn plastic bottles then the water itself. But I agree buying bottled water is getting crazy. I am thinking of bottling air so everyone can get a fresh breath. I will make sure it's bottled in the hills of tennessee!!
Just look on the bottles. It will tell you exactly which municipal water source they pulled it from. I believe Aquafina is corpus christi (or was).

Have you seen a public water fountain lately? You're taking your life into your own hands with those things.

I keep at least 10 cases of bottled water in my stash. I buy them when I can get them at under $3 a case of at least 24 half-liters and under $1 for gallon jugs. I drink them at a rate of 1-2 bottles a day at home, and more in the summer, so they aren't sitting around going stale. I also water the houseplants with the gallon jugs when they get a couple years old as I don't use them on a regular basis.

I learned my lesson after Katrina that you can't count on the government for anything other than corruption.
