I would suggest keeping things a little relaxed since it has been a couple of years.
Try having drinks and share appetizers at Kenny's Wood Fired Grill (
http://www.kennyswoodfiredgrill.com/). I think this is a better option than dinner... The Improv Comedy Club is very close...
Kenny's and the Improv are fun, fast-paced and will keep the evening a lot of fun, without putting pressure on either of you.
If things are going well and you want to keep the night going a little later, got to Mercy Wine Bar (romantic), 300 Bowling Alley (fun and active) or see a band somewhere. If you are adventurous, hed to Deep Elem for Musink Fesitival (tattoos & music).
Take her home and, if you both had fun, make plans to have brunch on Sunday.
Have fun!!
