A Phillips Anyone????

Why oh why can I NEVER find a phillips screwdriver when I need one ?? I just went to my toolbox and have a dozen flatheads, but not one damn phillips???? I buy them all the time for just such occassions, but they seem to disappear. Anyone else have this problem?

Have tool.....will travel! Lol. My problem is that everyone borrows my tools, and forgets to bring them back. The tool I need is always the one I just loaned out. Good luck whatever your project is.

Buy one of these. I've had this screwdriver for the past 7 years, and the predecessor to this screwdriver for 14 years. They have interchangeable tips. The one pictured here can be made longer by installing a 1/4 inch extension. Did I mention it's ratcheting? ... and Snap-On tools will replace it free of charge if it breaks.

Looks nice, JJ.
Never could keep a 5-in-1 around.
Rely mainly on my Makita and the various bits for it.
You're a good neighbor Jed! Your friends can always count on you to lend out your *tool!* So, what do you do when you need to screw...and you don't have your *tool* in hand?

I sure hope your friends don't abuse your *tool!* Do they bring your *tool* back in good shape and clean? Nothing worse than a dirty, used *tool,* unless you're gonna drill into a dirty little hole anyway! That case...may I borrow your *tool?* (lol)

JJ, know where i can find some bits for my old Yankee in town?
Got it from my father and that sucker is old but still works.

Haha...nice pics Precious! I thought most of you guys get your *tools* from your fathers, no?

Awww, Jed...older tools are awesome! When I think about what they've been used for...all the great screwing, hammering, tapping, and drilling...just makes a girl squirm with excitement! (lol) Have a good weekend!
and don't forget the flashlight if you're doing any screwing at night....

reminds me of Paladin's (Have Gun, Will Travel) wife who had a card that said.......

Have crack, will shack til gun gets back!!

What a hot thread this turned out to be. I better get back to bed before I get all exited again.
I don't think that there a lot of retailers that carry Yankee Tools, but there are a few online stores that do carry them.
