ACLU is at it Again!

They are STILL doing the right thing! Here is a NDAA source kit to help us fight back against INDEFINITE DETENTION WITHOUT DUE PROCESS. I realize many of you don't see this is a problem, falsely believing that since you are not a terrorist, it won't effect you. You are simply wrong.

...though I will give you props for of least reading ACLU.org...which as they state: "The ACLU does not believe that the NDAA authorizes domestic military detention."

Ah, but are you sure you're not a terrorist? How do you define terrorist? You see, this is open for the President (any President) to decide for himself what a terrorist is, or a collaborator is, and imprison them. It's possible that people who post pictures of cats with headphones could be a potential terrorist. And no one would be allowed to dispute it.

Thinking that the law will only apply to those YOU think are terrorists simply shows your ignorance. If you got picked up, you'd want a lawyer. You would not be allowed one. Happy now?

I am very happily a recovering lawyer. It is stupid way to make a living. Since I retired from the practice of law, I have been happier than I have ever been. Nope, no longer a lawyer, and glad of it.
Break it up!

COG go to a nuetral corner.

Sa-artman crawl back into the Onis.
